Cactus Mixed Species
This listing is for a pack of 100 seeds.Drawn from a very wide mix of species (not including the prickly pears - Opuntia), this represents excellent value for money and a great way to obtain a wide variety of different species of cactus.
Included are North, Central and South American species, ranging from small globular types no bigger than an inch or so across to mighty column cactus that can achieve gigantic proportions given time and space (a lot of time it has to be said).
Perfect blending of mixed seeds is never truly possible, but you should expect at least 60 different species in each pack, possibly more, but it is not possible to assure you that you will get 100 different types.
Identification (all part of the fun of growing mixtures) can start as soon as a year after sowing when the growth patterns start to show. Once they flower, absolute ID can be assured, although in the case of some of the species that take longer to flower, this can be done by the spine formation and growth patterns in most cases.
